Dr. Sali is an active member of the Ordre des podiatres du Québec and holds a radiology permit issued by the latter.
Dr. Maria Sali, podiatrist, holds an undergraduate doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from the University of Quebec at Trois-Rivières.
During her academic career, she benefited from external internships at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine (NYCPM) and in various teaching hospitals in New York State (NYC Health + Hospitals/HHC, LHC, MHC) where she performed rotations in podopediatrics, podiatric imaging, podiatric medicine and surgery.
She also completed internal internships in wound care at the Center Hospitalier Régional de Lanaudière (CHRDL) and the Center Hospitalier Affilié Universitaire Régional de Trois-Rivières (CHAUR), in which she was able to develop her knowledge of the diabetic foot and the effects kidney failure on the foot. Not to mention the clinical internships in podiatric surgery in private clinics in Montreal.
